My name is Susie Sweigart, and I am the owner and outpatient therapist at MVC, opening the practice at 12 W. Wenger Road, Suite B1, in Englewood, Ohio on 12/1/2009. The practice moved from 12 W. Wenger Road on 4/30/2022 and is now only online for virtual sessions. I am the sole practitioner now and independently licensed as a professional clinical counselor, practicing in the Miami Valley since 1997. I have had a heavy focus working with children, adolescents, and parents. Having worked in Community Mental Health through Good Samaritan Hospital, and in private practice at Pediatric Associates of Dayton and with Dr. Moon at New Perspectives Counseling, I have worked with clients of all ages and with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Oppositional-Defiance, PTSD, Life Changes, Grief, Marital Problems, and Parenting issues. I have presented at the All Ohio Counselor Conference on the use of guided visualization that includes a spiritual component. I currently provide individual and couples therapy using empathy and encouragement, working with clients ages 14-64. I am quite versed in using Telemental Health online with my clients since prior to the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic.

Please check with your insurance to know what your financial responsibility is for outpatient mental health office visits, including the Initial Assessment (Code: 90791) and 60-minute Follow-Up Sessions (90837), 45-minute sessions (90834), and half-hour sessions (90832).
Without insurance (self-pay):
- Initial Assessment: $130.00
- Individual/Family Sessions: Full Session (60 min)—$90.00
- Individual/Family Sessions: 45 minutes—$75.00
- Half Session (30 min)—$60.00
Co-pays and Deductibles are due in full at each session. There is a no-show fee of $65.00 for “late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice for non-emergencies) and no-shows” which is charged at the end of the service day. Refusal to pay this fee may result in termination of services. I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards for your convenience.
